Masterclass: Sound Meditation Emotional Release
A small-group private class where you will be guided in exploring yourself through sound-meditation (吹禪). The music repertoire includes traditional shirabe (普化宗) played with bells (kaṃsya – お鈴) and/or shakuhachi. A very unique and powerful experience where sound takes you into cathartic release of negative emotions, providing psychological relief from those unconscious experiences which have created them. The practice of Sound Meditation practice consists of sitting or lying down, setting the mind into spontaneous mindful listening and letting go of emotions. This practice not only brings you into a mental healing state but it also leads to mental relaxation, calmness and freshness.
